Tai Mei Acrylic Co., Ltd. is a top Taiwanese acrylic household product manufacturer with over 50 years of expertise.

1958

Started as Tai-Xiang company in Taipei, mainly focus on acrylic product manufacturing and domestic sales.

1963

Changed company name to Tai Mei Acrylic Co., Ltd. with office in San Chong, New Taipei City, and factory in Yangmei Youth Industrial Park

1982

Factory moved to Reifang Industrial Park in response to increasing overseas orders, with roughly 400 employees.

2005

Established Refine Optical Technology, Inc. to produce optical grade acrylic sheets/light guide plates (LGP).

2008

Officially registered OPTOGLAS™ trademark for optical grade PMMA (Polymethyl Methacrylate) extrusion sheets.

2016

Relocated office and showroom back to Taipei
